Just tried on the 7th May archived program download tab, but it didn't work. The file saved is in html format and consists only one sentence saying that the file requested could not be found. By the way, when I input Chinese characters in this comment block, it only ends up showing gibberish characters.

i figured out! u need to place your arrow to the download tab above and then double finger right click and click on "download file linked as..." able to choose where you want your mp3 file to be downloaded. It takes several mins to download one file.

I'm unable to download archived on my Macbook Pro. PBS and HK stations are downloadable but not from these net stations? why?

Unable to download archived programs from May to Sep.I have been a subscriber of this program since it became a paid service 2 season ago.My harddisk was dead a few days ago and I've lost all the data in it.When I try to re-download the archived programs from May to Sep, your server said that it could not find the files.Please advise what is happening?
